Safeguard Health is a supplemental limited benefit policy which covers preventive/wellness benefits at 100 percent in network and doctor visits in network for a small copay.

SafeGuard has 3 plans. They cover not only doctor visits but prescriptions, too.

When you have your claims filed, be sure they are coded correctly as preventive/wellness.
