Essential Oils
Essential Oils are the life-blood of plants which are extremely useful as single oils and blends to help health problems of persons, plants, and animals. The "therapeutic-grade" essential oils of Young Living may be safely applied to the body as they are organically grown, harvested, and distilled. Essential Oils help in nutrition, ointment, massage, Vita-flex, cleaning products, air-cleaning diffusion by cheering the spirit and balancing the body. Please see the NIH library with over 5000 articles regarding essential oil properties and medicinal use. We do not prescribe or recommend but suggest you consult the Essential Oil Desk Reference and the reference materials produced by AbundantHealth.com.
PLEASE NOTE: Essential Oils are extremely valuable and some are very costly. You only need to use one of two drops for most uses. They are very often added to carrier oils (seed oils like jojoba, extra virgin olive oil, sweet almond oil are used as carrier oils). Essential Oils should be put in carrier oils before use as massage oils or when used for young children and the elderly. It is very important to use only therapeutic grade oils for use on the body. Note that the melaleuca essential oils (there are several species) should not be used on cats as cats do not like these oils.
