Group and Association Plans

Groups and associations are written on a case by case basis using the Census form (see forms). These plans are quoted for life and AD&D, short-term disability, long-term disability, dental and medical (medical sometimes written with a different company). Note that some industries may not qualify and benefits will sometimes vary a little by state.

The new Cash Advantage Protection plan can be list billed for groups with 5 or more participating employees (must be fully voluntary).
